RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT
The recruitment processes are operated in accordance with; the corporate objectives, staffing needs and to bring together the qualifications of the position with the most suitable candidate. In this context, one of the major target is to put the right person to the open position.
For new employments; the applications of candidates will be evaluated by HR and the CVs of eligible candidates will be interviewed by the relevant department managers. The company makes a job offer to the candidates who were successful in interview.
The staff placed in jobs in Karaman Döküm subjected to the orientation process, starting with the "Occupational Health and Safety Training" and continuing through introduction of other departments, corporate policy, the company's organizational structure, production / service issues and processes, social rights and responsibilities, the explanation of working conditions.
