This policy includes all Karaman Döküm employees, including the Board of Directors, suppliers and employees from whom we receive external service.

Never compromise business ethics in all our actions from the smallest project implementation to the most strategic and important project step,
To act in compliance with the laws regarding all our activities, giving priority and importance to the laws during the continuation of our activities,
Not to give, receive or offer gifts or prizes in a manner that would cast doubt on impartiality and will provide us an unfair advantage / benefit while continuing our activities,
Immediately terminate the relationship with the personnel involved in case the bribe offers and / or accepts, decreases or promises are determined,
Not to discriminate due to the origin, color, religion, language, race, gender, marital status, disability, conviction or any other situation of the staff and other stakeholders,
We undertake to protect the data of our personnel, customers, suppliers and all of our stakeholders carefully and meticulously against the risks of loss or careless handling of the 2nd or 3rd parties.
